WHO WE ARE
Sasha Horwitz brings to Ground Floor more than five years of campaign and political reform experience at the local, state and federal levels. He is considered an expert on term limits and other California governance issues. Sasha received his Master of Public Policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley and received his BA in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
